You must be at least 21 years old to register and use jiloko. This is the minimum age mandated by PAGCOR for all licensed online gaming in the Philippines. KYC verification is mandatory.
Each player may hold only one jiloko account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus credits.
No withdrawal will be processed until identity verification (KYC) is completed. Valid Philippine government-issued ID is required. KYC is a PAGCOR compliance requirement, not optional.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated tools, and money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR has regulatory oversight. Any disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction and applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between jiloko ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and you ("the Player", "you", "your") governing your access to and use of the jiloko platform, available at jiloko.vip and any associated mobile or web interfaces. jiloko is a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator serving the Philippine market. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any gaming activity on jiloko, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. jiloko reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use jiloko, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
🔞 Registration by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. jiloko will permanently close any account found to be registered by an underage individual and will report the incident to PAGCOR as required by its licensing obligations.
Each Player may register only one (1) account on jiloko. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses by the same person — are strictly prohibited. jiloko employs technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. jiloko is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided at registration or thereafter.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. jiloko will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jiloko immediately via the 24/7 live chat support. jiloko will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.
You may request closure of your jiloko account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to completed KYC verification and applicable withdrawal processing terms. Bonus credit balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless otherwise specified in applicable bonus terms.
jiloko is required by PAGCOR and by Philippine Anti-Money Laundering regulations to verify the identity of all players who make withdrawals or who meet certain transaction thresholds. KYC verification requires you to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification.
Acceptable KYC documents include the following valid Philippine IDs:
jiloko may additionally request proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation in compliance with AML obligations. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

All deposits and transactions on jiloko are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiloko accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the platform.
All payment accounts used for deposits must be registered in your own name. jiloko will not process deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from a payment method not registered under your verified identity may be refused and returned.
jiloko does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. jiloko is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors. Deposits are credited to your jiloko account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment processor.
jiloko reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it does not comply with these Terms, if it originates from a prohibited jurisdiction, or if it triggers AML compliance concerns. In such cases, jiloko will return funds to the originating payment account where technically possible.
Withdrawals of Real Money Balance may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) KYC verification is complete; (b) no active investigation or account review is in progress; (c) all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have been met; and (d) the withdrawal request complies with all applicable limits and documentation requirements.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, in accordance with AML best practices. jiloko processes withdrawal requests to e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) within one (1) hour of approval during normal operational periods. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) Philippine banking hours.
jiloko reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals that exceed specified thresholds or that are flagged by the Company's compliance systems. Providing false documentation during the withdrawal process is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement agencies.
💡 Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section. High-value withdrawals may require additional processing time and documentation review.
jiloko offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds (where applicable). The specific terms of each promotion are published on the Promotions page within your jiloko account.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or to the sum of the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are detailed in the specific promotion terms.
jiloko takes bonus abuse seriously. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, systematically exploiting promotional offers through low-risk or mathematically guaranteed strategies, using bonuses in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, jiloko reserves the right to void all bonus credits and associated winnings, and to close the Player's account.
jiloko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses not yet credited and promotions not yet activated at the time of cancellation will not be honoured. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform.
All games available on jiloko are provided by third-party software providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) have been independently certified by recognised testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the certified values for each game. Live dealer games are operated under the regulatory frameworks of the respective live studio providers.
Individual game rules are available within each game interface. By launching and playing any game on jiloko, you agree to comply with the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on the client interface and the result recorded on the server, the server-side record shall prevail.
In the event of a technical failure during a game session that results in an incomplete round, jiloko will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. jiloko is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including failures of third-party game providers, internet connectivity issues on the Player's side, or Philippine network infrastructure disruptions.
jiloko reserves the right to void game results where there is evidence of technical malfunction, game software error, or where the displayed result was not consistent with the intended game outcome due to a provable system error. Decisions made by jiloko in such circumstances are final, subject to the complaint procedure outlined in these Terms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jiloko and constitute grounds for immediate account termination:

jiloko reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or criminal purposes; (c) the Player has provided false information; (d) KYC documentation has not been provided within required timeframes; (e) the account poses a regulatory compliance risk; or (f) the Player is a self-excluded individual attempting to circumvent exclusion measures.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jiloko will communicate the reason for suspension to the Player via their registered contact details. Real Money Balances held in suspended accounts will be retained pending the outcome of the investigation. Where account closure follows a finding of Terms breach, Real Money Balances may be withheld pending resolution of any financial discrepancies identified during the investigation.
Accounts found to have engaged in verified money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity will be closed without return of funds, and all relevant information will be reported to Philippine law enforcement and regulatory bodies as required by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiloko platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content. Any unauthorised use of jiloko's intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
Game software and content provided by third-party game providers remain the intellectual property of those respective providers. jiloko holds licences to distribute this content to Players under applicable agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiloko's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the Real Money Balance held in that Player's account at the time the relevant claim arose.
jiloko shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage; (b) loss of profits or anticipated winnings; (c) losses arising from technical failures beyond jiloko's reasonable control, including third-party game provider outages or Philippine telecommunications disruptions; (d) losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials; or (e) any loss arising from your violation of these Terms.
The platform is provided "as is" and jiloko makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free service availability. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur, and jiloko will use reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance windows to Players in advance.
jiloko collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by jiloko's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine government bodies as required by law. You have rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including the right to access, correct, and under certain circumstances, erase your personal data held by jiloko.
jiloko implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All data transmissions between your device and jiloko are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.
jiloko reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights, financial obligations, or gaming access — jiloko will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address or mobile number on file.
Minor amendments, corrections, and clarifications may be made without advance notice. The current version of the Terms is always available at jiloko.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.
If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and jiloko, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through jiloko's internal customer support and complaint escalation process. A formal complaint may be submitted to jiloko's compliance team via the contact details below.
Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant Philippine regulatory authority overseeing jiloko's operations. PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes apply to matters within its regulatory jurisdiction.
Where disputes cannot be resolved through the above processes, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
